Abstract
Das Austrian Financial Reporting and Auditing Committee (AFRAC) hat die Stellungnahme 37 zur Erstellung des Vergütungsberichts gemäß § 78c AktG bzw § 98a AktG zu der in der Berichtsperiode gewährten oder geschuldeten Vergütung von Vorstands- und Aufsichtsratsmitgliedern in börsenotierten Gesellschaften sowie die überarbeitete AFRAC-Stellungnahme 22: Corporate Governance-Bericht (UGB) in der Plenumssitzung am 9. 12. 2020 beschlossen.
