Abstract (German)

The first objective of this project is to develop a monitoring and evaluation framework for the creation, establishment and operations of a pilot Blockchain Network (BN). In addition, training materials and capacity building sessions will be prepared for stakeholders from different constituencies involved in the Initiative.
