Abstract (English)

In thls project, we will design an interdlsciplinary reference currlculum that integrates theories and methods from the organlzatlonal studies (OS) to create and convey a more hollstic understanding of BPM. Taklng a descriptive stance on organizational work and exploring how and why organlzations behave and change over time from, the field of OS offers a number of theories, methods and empirical studies that can be relevant to explain how business process work is carried out in organizations. A systematic Integration of BPM and OS has not yet been done in research, practice or teaching.
