Abstract (English)

The purpose of this study is to quantify the Austrian Business Traveling Industry by combining different data sources. It results from a partnership with the Austrian Business Traveling Association, who provided several external sources of data stemming from private sources, and Statistik Austria, who provided raw panel data. By combining these different types of information, we aim to assess the volume and value of business trips undertaken by people who reside in Austrian territory.
