Abstract (English)

Benchmarking of the PM-processes of the Benchmarking-Partners, emphasizing the project start, project controlling and the project close-down. Comparing the PM-competences of the Benchmarking-Partners with the 'Best PM Theory'. Contributing to the further development of the PM-competence of the Benchmarking-Partners. Further developing the process-oriented PM-approach. Establishing an international data-base of PM-competence. <br>Systemic-constructivistic research approach, survey, workshops, reflecting team setting and documentation analysis.
