Abstract (German)

Im organisationalen Diskurs haben spätestens seit der Publikation von Gareth Morgans „Buch „Images of Organization“ (1986) Sprachbilder einen sehr großen Stellenwert eingenommen. Es werden immer wieder insbesondere Metaphern herangezogen um organisationale Phänomene zu beschreiben. Im Rahmen dieses Projekts haben wir uns zum Ziel gesetzt, hier organisationale Sprachbilder näher zu untersuchen, die auch eine geschlechtsspezifische Konnotation haben. Wir haben die Metapher „Glass Ceiling“ Ausschlussmechanismen ebenso untersucht, als auch das Bild der „Stepfamilies“ für Unternehmen nach einer M&A-Transaktion.
