Abstract (German)

Dieses Projekt ist eine Fortsetzung des Projekts „IHRM Issues for international assignments“.
Die theoretische Auseinandersetzung mit dem internationalen Personalmanagement und deren praktische Weiterentwicklung – etwa unterschiedlicher Formen internationaler personeller Koordination und Kooperation – steht dabei im Mittelpunkt dieses Forschungsprojekts. Dabei werden Fragestellungen behandelt, wie z.B. „Flexpatriate Assignments“ (als alternative Form internationalen Personaleinsatzes) und deren Wirkungen im Zuge Organisationaler Brüche, auf die Beschäftigtenstruktur und Diversität, sowie auf Effekte der Work –Life-Integration.
