Abstract (German)

Die Dimensionen von Versicherungsbetrug sind zwar weitgehen dunklar, unbestritten ist jedoch seine grundasätzliche Bedeutung. Analysesysteme zur Bekämpfung setzen idR an aufgedeckten (i.e. "erfolglosen") Fällen auf, welhalb hier der Ansatz besteht, das Problem aus einer anderen Richtung zu behandeln.


Abstract (English)

Although estimates of the exact volume vary, insurance fraud is certainly of eminent inportance. Most detection systems take uncovered cases (and - in this sense - "unsuccessful") as an departure point, while we treat the problem from a different perspective.
