Abstract (German)
The implementation of specific algorithms in software systems can provide substantial benefits in extracting quantitative data from digital images, especially in the three-dimensional context, of biological specimens. This research project focuses on the implementation and thereafter usage of a computer-based system for analysing depth data from scanning electron microscopy images.
